Statement check

Free · UAE & KSA bank statements

Check a bank statement in a minute.

Upload a PDF or CSV. We read every line, add it up against the opening and closing balances, flag what doesn’t fit, and email you a checked Excel.

  • Reads Gulf bank statements, English or Arabic: Emirates NBD, FAB, ADCB, Mashreq, Al Rajhi, SNB and others
  • Every line with its running balance, and a ✓ or the difference
  • No sign-up. Nothing kept.

Read in memory, never stored. PDFs are read by Anthropic's Claude API, which deletes the data within 30 days and doesn't train on it. What happens to your file

What happens to your statement

  1. Your file is read in memory on Hysaab's server and never saved to disk or storage.
  2. A PDF, or a CSV our rules can't place, is sent to Anthropic's Claude API to read the lines. Anthropic doesn't train models on API data and deletes it within 30 days. A CSV our rules can read goes to no AI model at all.
  3. The lines come back to your browser, signed so they can't be altered, and stop working after an hour. Hysaab keeps no copy.
  4. Only if you press "Show me the insights": the descriptions of up to 100 lines are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to sort them, and the least certain ones to TypeSafe AI's Jev to check. The answer comes back to your browser; Hysaab keeps no copy.
  5. When you ask for the Excel, it's built from those lines and sent by Resend, our email provider, which keeps its delivery logs (the attachment included) for 30 days.
  6. We keep your name, work email, the bank's name and the number of lines, never the statement or its figures, to follow up about Hysaab. We delete them after 12 months, or sooner if you ask at hello@hysaab.ai.

What the check does

Opening + lines = closing
Every line added to the opening balance and held against the closing balance, to the fil. A ✓, or the difference.
Every step of the running balance
Where the statement's own balance jumps by more than its line, we say where and by how much: a missing page or a misread line.
Dates
Lines outside the statement's period or after today, day/month misreads, and statements printed before the period ended.
Possible double payments
The same amount with near-same wording within three days, which the bank processed twice.

Checked by software, not reviewed by a person. Compare the result with your bank’s copy before relying on it.
